PANGALLO:</by>  Recently, there was a report regarding a nurse who had been banned for 15 years for various breaches regarding vaccinations and also dealing with documents. The article in <term>The Advertiser </term>following a court appearance did not mention anything about criminal charges. Can I ask the minister why criminal charges were not pursued against this nurse or are criminal charges pending against this nurse?</text>
