WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:06):</by>  Up until this point, we have received four plane loads of international arrivals, if I remember correctly, but also to be clear, a number of people who are international arrivals didn't come on dedicated flights. I am advised that none of them have refused the test, but if that was to be the case the Chief Public Health Officer and other authorised officers have the legal power to require them to have a test, and that would be my expectation.</text>
