Those files have been provided to the police, and it is not appropriate that they be provided to others. I have said countless times that the purpose of the task force was to look not specifically at the circumstances of Ann Marie Smith's death but as a response to the outpouring of grief and concern from a number of people with lived experience that they have concerns that there are gaps in safeguarding, and we are determined to close them.
