<by role="member" id="2742">The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (14:48):</by> I have already answered this, but I think it does bear repeating that there is a police investigation. Those files have been provided to the police, and it is not appropriate that they be provided to others. I have said countless times that the purpose of the task force was to look not specifically at the circumstances of Ann Marie Smith's death but as a response to the outpouring of grief and concern from a number of people with lived experience that they have concerns that there are gaps in safeguarding, and we are determined to close them.</text>
