LUCAS (Treasurer): The Minister for Health and Wellbeing has provided the following advice: The Emergency Management (Gatherings No 2) (COVID-19) Direction makes a gathering of more than 10 persons a prohibited gathering, except in a range of circumstances, including specified workplaces, such as parliament, offices, and schools.
