          <by role="member" id="3130">The Hon. M.C. PARNELL:</by>  Presented a petition signed by 13,928 residents of South Australia requesting the council to urge the government to:</text>
        <text id="20200430c2e9756cb93b429aa0000008">1.&amp;#x9;Undertake an independent review of the operation of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act to determine its impact on community rights, sustainability, heritage and environmental protection;</text>
        <text id="20200430c2e9756cb93b429aa0000009">2.&amp;#x9;Undertake an independent review of the governance and operation of the State Planning Commission and the State Commission Assessment Panel; </text>
        <text id="20200430c2e9756cb93b429aa0000010">3.&amp;#x9;Urge the Government to defer the further implementation of the Planning and Design Code until:</text>
        <text id="20200430c2e9756cb93b429aa0000011">
          <item sublevel="2">a.&amp;#x9;A genuine process of public participation has been undertaken, and;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20200430c2e9756cb93b429aa0000012">
          <item sublevel="2">b.&amp;#x9;A thorough and independent modelling and risk assessment process is undertaken.</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20200430c2e9756cb93b429aa0000013">4.&amp;#x9;Legislate to ban donations to political parties from developers similar to laws in Queensland and New South Wales.</text>
