LUCAS (Treasurer) (15:18):</by>  The Premier, as one of the election commitments prior to the election, made a commitment that if elected an elected Marshall Liberal government would make a commitment, and I have been advised that promise was kept and funding was provided to that particular church.</text>
        <text id="20200220ec304d10cddd477580000319">I think that particular church or community—I can't remember whether it was the church and/or community—received a commitment from the former Labor government and treasurer, part of which I think was paid through the Treasurer's slush fund. I am not sure whether other parts were paid through any other grant line, and the then Liberal opposition made an election promise and that has been paid subsequent to the election to the same church or community.</text>
