Written on the bottom of the national code of conduct is the fact that it stated that it was adopted by all branches in 2019, so I would like to ask the Leader of the Government in the Legislative Council again: does he believe that the national code of conduct, which was adopted in 2019, applies to members of this chamber, or not?</text>
