Rob Lucas might be having the same nightmares that I am having. The new Royal Adelaide Hospital construction led to piles upon piles of reports. You don't build a hospital with merely one stage of the process being documented. Of course there will be work done through this process. It will take more than one report to build a hospital.</text>
