            <inserted>(b)&amp;#x9;an offence against section 79B of the <term>Road Traffic Act 1961</term> constituted of being the owner of a vehicle that appears from evidence obtained through the operation of a photographic detection device to have been involved in the commission of an offence against section 45C(1) of the <term>Road Traffic Act 1961</term>.</inserted>

            <inserted>The provisions of the <term>Motor Vehicles Act 1959</term> and the <term>Road Traffic Act 1961</term> as amended by this Act do not apply in respect of a South Eastern Freeway offence committed or allegedly committed before the commencement of this Act (and the provisions of the <term>Motor Vehicles Act 1959</term> and the <term>Road Traffic Act 1961</term> as in force at the time of the offence or alleged offence will apply instead).</inserted>
