          <inserted>The ICAC report basically sets out the problems we have been pointing out for the last few decades. These are historical problems and problems which need to be fixed and we are starting to see the seeds of change over time.</inserted>

        <text continued="true" id="20191204aff38bc16e9d4050a0000496">I suspect that the honourable President of the AMA was including in that the reforms that we are doing to board governance—board governance reform that you are backing Labor to sabotage. You should be ashamed of yourselves.</text>
