I think it is wonderful. I am just wondering where he got a copy from because it is widely circulated only to community members I work with. I am very proud to be able to produce a report in the interest of working with communities. To directly answer the questions that he has raised, it is a global compliance report. It is not funded by the government: it is funded through my parliamentary work as a member of the Legislative Council. Also, if he really wants to know how much it cost, it cost $1.67 per copy to produce.</text>
