<by role="member" id="3404">The Hon. J.A. DARLEY:</by> I understand that the consultation period for the Planning and Design Code for phase 2 is from 1 October 2019 to 29 November 2019. I have been contacted by concerned farmers who have expressed that they may miss out on the opportunity to have their say given the complexity of the code and the time constraints they face during this busy harvesting period. My question is: can the minister advise how the government is assisting farmers to have their say about the Planning and Design Code?</text>
