Justin Hanson, in relation to time frames. This is a tender. People are told what our basic needs are. The better they can do, the better their tender will sit in the evaluation process. We certainly are expecting, as a mandatory criterion, 24/7 monitoring. The professional skills that are available in that monitoring and the like are the factors that would be considered in the evaluation of tenders.</text>
