WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:46):</by>  I will ignore the fact that the honourable member has false information, that it's not four sites, it's five sites. The five sites were identified to provide a range of facility sizes, different types of facilities. Another factor was the technical barriers, and another factor was the engagement and support of site management.</text>
