WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:43):</by>  The state government has been undertaking a thorough scoping exercise in relation to the CCTV project, which included residents' legal, IT security and workforce perspectives prior to the implementation of the project. In this process, some operational and technical issues arose that could not be resolved with the original technology partner, Care Protect, and a decision has been made to not continue that partnership.</text>
