Secondly, does he regard the fact that Dr Chris McGowan, Chief Executive of the Department for Health and Wellbeing (his department), said that he could not remember if he had met with him regarding the treatment of Dennis Murphy. Does he regard that as a problem?</text>

It would actually surprise me if the chief executive of the Department for Health was advised by each of the local health network CEOs in terms of adverse events within their networks, because fundamentally it is the responsibility of the local health network CEOs to run their hospitals.</text>
