LUCAS (Treasurer) (15:07):</by>  I don't believe the issue of a nationwide ban on the product is the subject of discussion at Safe Work Australia, but I will take on notice that particular question. Certainly, in the nature of the discussions I have been having with the state-based agencies, the issue of a ban hasn't been the issue that we have been looking at. It has been more the other issues the member has addressed.</text>
