WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:52):</by>  The honourable member's questions reflect a line of questioning in the last sitting block and the fact of the matter is that every adverse event within the health network is looked into. Not every adverse event is put to an independent investigation beyond the health network. The clinical governance processes of any health network in Australia rely on review within as well as review without.</text>
