If I am being asked did I discuss with Commissioner Burns the possibility of part-time commissioners, the ad, and so forth, I haven't engaged Commissioner Burns in the selection process. I would have thought that if the honourable member is expecting Mr Burns to be an applicant, it may well be inappropriate for him to be consulted on the selection process.</text>
