Mr Hunter wants to try to disrupt the proceedings of this house by interjecting so that I can get no further than four words, I am happy to try to answer all questions within four words. What I am trying to say to the honourable member who asked the question is that, right from the beginning of this process, it was clear that issues would not be left hanging until the report was tabled. The clear understanding of the department and myself was that, as issues were raised, they would be addressed.</text>
