          <by role="member" id="605">The Hon. R.I. LUCAS:</by>  The Deguglielmo family from Paradise last week sat down with the Premier, the minister and the member for Hartley. They are a mum-and-dad family of investors who work hard. They have put together a portfolio of residential properties, and they sat down with the Premier and the member for Hartley and they said, 'Good on you, Premier, because we are going to be paying thousands of dollars less land tax as a result of this new policy.' There are thousands and thousands of people like that who will be delighted at the government's land tax reform package. There are 92 per cent of them, 75 per cent of company groups, in that particular category; the minority of 8 per cent and 25 per cent one would assume would remain opposed.</text>
