<by role="member" id="3404">The Hon. J.A. DARLEY (16:47):</by> I rise to very briefly put on the record that I am supportive of the budget measures bill. I am very much opposed to the government's proposed changes to land tax which were announced as part of the budget. The government has released a draft bill and I understand that it will be introducing a separate bill where the changes to land tax will be dealt with, so I will speak more to those changes when the bill is presented in this place. I have no issue with the proposals as outlined in the bill we are currently debating and will not delay it, but I want to stress that I am not supportive of other budget measures not mentioned in this bill.</text>
