WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:20):</by>  I fail to see how that is a supplementary; nonetheless, claims of a cover-up are without foundation, I am advised. SA Health actively encourages all staff to report any incidents of aggression. This particular incident was reported to senior management immediately following the incident. I am advised there is no evidence that anyone was silenced.</text>
