Has the government met all its obligations under the enterprise agreements with operation staff regarding privatising the operation of the public transport rail network? Also, what consultations, if any, have occurred with rail operations staff about privatising the operation of the public transport rail network?</text>

LUCAS (Treasurer) (14:48):</by>  In relation to the outsourcing of the rail and tram network, as I indicated earlier our very capable minister, Stephan Knoll, is in charge of that particular project. In relation to enterprise arrangements, I will consult with him. Certainly, the industrial relations section of Treasury provides advice to ministers and to government in relation to EBs, and I am happy to seek further advice from minister Knoll and/or my department in relation to the member's questions.</text>
