I am not sure whether there are waiting times for the existing scheme at the moment or not. The eligibility criteria mean that people at the moment need to gain a referral, so they may experience delays due to matters that are outside of our control already, but we are certainly monitoring and are maintaining close contact with the commonwealth government to ensure the minimum impact on consumers.</text>
