          <by role="member" id="4697">The Hon. K.J. MAHER:</by>  When making a ruling on a matter of privilege yesterday, the Speaker in the other place stated that the chair of Brand SA, Mr Peter Joy, I quote:</text>

          <inserted>…chose to disseminate correspondence he had received concerning the government's movements on Brand SA funding...</inserted>
        </text>
        <text continued="true" id="2019060509374de1d824414b90000066">Correspondence from Mr Joy has been provided today, which I will seek leave to table. I quote from his correspondence:</text>

          <inserted>I categorically tell you that neither I, our Board, nor our CEO released the letter from the Premier as you accused me of and I would like to know on what basis you formed that opinion?</inserted>

          <inserted>The Premier clearly mislead Parliament when responding to the question from the Leader of the Opposition.</inserted>

        <text continued="true" id="2019060509374de1d824414b90000070">My question to the minister in this place is: what role did the minister or any of his staff play in assisting the Speaker or the Premier in the other place to come to the decision that Mr Joy had disseminated a copy of the Premier's correspondence that led the Premier and the Speaker in the other place to be accused of misleading parliament?</text>
