WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:56):</by>  No. With all due respect to the honourable member, I stress again that if a client is not eligible for NDIS then funding allocated to them, currently delivered to a non-government organisation, will not transfer. It will stay state government-funded. The continuity of support is either continuity because the state government is going to continue to provide services through a state government-funded mental health program or the continuity of support will be provided by NDIS taking over that client care.</text>
