          <inserted>In September 2018, approval was provided by the Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) under Treasurer's Instruction 10 for Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) to engage Arnold Bloch Leibler (ABL) and EMA Legal to provide legal advice to CALHN for the implementation of CALHN's Organisational and Financial Recovery Plan.</inserted>
