WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:20):</by>  I can assure you that I for one am keen to have family-friendly workplaces and I would encourage all employers to back not only the members of their workforce who have family responsibilities but also to support the health of their workplace. I would put it to the honourable member, and I hope I am not wandering into clinical advice, that my common sense tells me that if an employer doesn't support workers to take steps to avoid the spread of influenza they may well find other members of their workforce are affected and the interests of their business are even more significantly affected.</text>
