          <by role="member" id="1820">The Hon. D.W. RIDGWAY:</by>  This event doesn't need major event status because it's a world-class global event as it is. We don't need to burden it with extra demands on it. It is a perfect example of great community collaboration over 30 years, without government intervention and involvement. They have just grown it themselves and they should be really proud, and we should be proud of what they have done as well.</text>
