Did the Treasurer ensure SAicorp took into account the then solicitor-general Chris Kourakis SC's legal opinion in regard to the murder of Anna-Jane Cheney before SAicorp were instructed to pay the accused murderer, Mr Henry Keogh, more than $2½ million of taxpayers' money?
