I regret the adverse incidents last year, as I would hope all members of this council would regret adverse incidents over time. Let us remember that this government experienced 12 confirmed adverse events last year but, with the former Labor government, in 2015 there were 24 adverse events—sorry, 28. I also regret them.</text>
