Will the minister advise whether all the families of the 17 adverse incidents and the cluster of nine deaths of SA Ambulance patients between October and December last year have been informed of these incidents and when they were informed? Has the minister met and apologised to all these families?</text>

Those conversations are ongoing with some families. In some cases, it has been difficult to locate any family members. I haven't received a request by a family member to meet. I would pose the question to the opposition: when they were in government, over the last four years, when there were at least 63 adverse clinical outcomes, did the relevant Labor health minister meet with each family?</text>
