WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:43):</by>  Is the Leader of the Opposition really suggesting that no clinician should investigate a matter, individual cases or systemic issues without the say-so of the minister? That's not my view. My view is that we rely on our clinicians to maintain the quality and safety standards of their organisations, and I welcome the fact that the SAAS executive team, led by David Place, commissioned the review.</text>
