Will the minister guarantee the privacy of patients, the confidentiality of whistleblower complaints and clinician disciplinary procedures to be protected from interstate corporate liquidators? WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:46): I'm not aware of any corporate liquidators being engaged by SA Health, but let's put it this way: I expect that anybody who is exercising delegations under the Health Care Act or public service legislation complies with all of their duties.
