Clause 6, page 3, lines 11 to 41 [clause 6(2), inserted subsection (5)]—Delete subsection (5) and substitute: (5)	For the purposes of this section, a person is a designated person if the person is in custody serving 1 or more sentences of life imprisonment for 1 or more offences against a law of this State, the Commonwealth or another State or Territory.
