          <inserted>The Commissioner of Victims' Rights is tasked with complying with her legislative obligations and regularly reports to the Attorney-General. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>The terms and conditions of the commissioner's instrument of appointment are confidential consistent with PC012—Information Privacy Principles Instruction. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>The commissioner is, however, employed on the same remuneration as her predecessor. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>The cost of supporting the commissioner's office is $945,000 and covers salaries, supplies and services and internal expenses. Again, this is consistent with arrangements under the former commissioner.</inserted>
