LUCAS (Treasurer): The Attorney-General has provided the following advice: This decrease is mainly due to a carryover of funding in 2017-18 for the Business Improvement Program and new savings announced as part of, or prior to, the 2017-18 Mid-Year Budget Review. The new savings will be achieved through both staff and other operating costs.
