          <inserted>The decrease includes savings of around $200,000 which relates to savings allocated to the Attorney-General's Department as part of, or prior to, the 2017-18 Mid-Year Budget Review. The balance is mainly due changes to indirect costs nominally allocated to this program as a result of machinery of government changes in 2018-19.</inserted>
