          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;Most of the new funding is attributable to new staff.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The additional staff will be technical officers working in the mortuary and the histo-pathology laboratory as well as administrative officers undertaking various duties including audio-medical typing and data entry tasks.</inserted>
