            <by role="member" id="605">The Hon. R.I. LUCAS (Treasurer):</by>  The Attorney-General has provided the following advice:</inserted>

          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;$23.2 million which was allocated in the 2015-16 budget.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="20181204c2eb3b7b71a641d490000587">
          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The project is currently running on schedule and expects to be deployed in the probate jurisdiction on 26 November 2018.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>3.&amp;#x9;The project is on budget.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="20181204c2eb3b7b71a641d490000589">
          <inserted>4.&amp;#x9;The 2015-16 budget provided recurrent costs of $1.8 million p.a. upon completion.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>5.&amp;#x9;The Electronic Court Management System will replace the functions of multiple legacy core business systems across five courts (Supreme, District, ERD, Magistrates and Youth).</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>6. &amp; 7.&amp;#x9;Savings associated with the Electronic Court Management System have been aligned to the savings measures outlined in the 2018-19 budget and commence primarily from 2021-22.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>8.&amp;#x9;Court outcomes have always been provided to a number of agencies and other parties via data interchange and this will continue.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="20181204c2eb3b7b71a641d490000593">
          <inserted>9.&amp;#x9;Parties to cases have always had access to those cases and that will continue. The new system will provide 24/7 online access to all parties via the CourtSA portal to case information. Non-parties may make an application for access to case information which will be considered on a case by case basis using the same considerations as exist today. </inserted>

          <inserted>10.&amp;#x9;The CAA has selected a highly configurable off-the-shelf product which was determined to be the best fit for the CAA.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="20181204c2eb3b7b71a641d490000595">
          <inserted>11.&amp;#x9;No South Australian companies responded to the request for proposal. However, the majority of work effort in delivering this product will take place in South Australia.</inserted>
