LUCAS (Treasurer): The Attorney-General has provided the following advice: The 81 FTEs is an estimate based on the assumption that savings are achieved from staff reductions. However, it may be the case that savings are found through other means. The savings are required by 2021-22, with the strategy for achieving these to be developed and considered by the State Courts Administration Council over the coming year.
