WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:13):</by> This is very much a Labor Party view of the world, that somehow patient outcomes are about the inputs. In other words, how many outpatient appointments do you issue, how much money do you put in? Patient outcomes are all affected by how you bring together those resources, whether it is financial or outpatient services, inpatient services, community services. It is not what you put in, it is what you get out. I am concerned about patient outcomes.</text>
