FRANKS (15:09):</by>  Mr President, I rise on a point of order because I am concerned that the Minister for Health and Wellbeing was misleading this council on his duties. According to the <term>Government Gazette</term>, he is responsible for the Safe Drinking Water Act 2011, as well as the Public Health Act for that matter. I give him the opportunity now to make a personal explanation and explain why he misled the council.</text>

I am sure that, in that response, the issue that the Hon. Tammy Franks raises will be addressed.</text>

I brought that to his attention, and in his answer he said to me that he wasn't responsible. It had nothing do with the Hon. Ian Hunter's question whatsoever.</text>
