There will continue to be a health precinct. Memorial Hospital will still be there. There are other health facilities in the area. Across the road, for example, there is the Robinson institute and Yarrow Place is still there. So even without the Women's and Children's Hospital there, there is a health hub. That being the case, you would think that Renewal SA or whichever part of government plans and will be doing the future planning for the site—there may well be people interested in the site as a hospital precinct. It's not—</text>
