          <inserted>Since 3 September 2018, a new general practitioner contract is in place for a two-year period, with an option to extend for a further two years. This will ensure the sustainability of on-site emergency and inpatient services to the Millicent community. Additional gynaecology services will be offered to the Millicent community from November 2018.</inserted>
