RIDGWAY (Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment) (14:45):</by>  I will just repeat it, Mr President, because I'm sure he was probably listening. It was Telstra Air, Australia's largest wi-fi network. Telstra has been in partnership with the SATC to deliver this service, and some of them will use it. In terms of satellite technology, because they are so remote Telstra are keen to make sure they help provide this service, so some of it will be provided by satellite and not by landline.</text>
