WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:33):</by>  The Chief Medical Officer, as far as I am aware, has not raised any concerns with me about the budget proposal. I certainly would not characterise the budget proposal as a privatisation but, putting that aside, I am not aware of any concerns being raised with me by the Chief Medical Officer in relation to the government's external review of SA Pathology.</text>
