WADE:</by>  As I was trying to explain to the house before the Leader of the Opposition continued with his disrespectful behaviour, the fact of the matter is that there has been some data which has shown improvement in recent weeks. Of course, we will continue to have surge days and we have had surge days early this week.</text>
