I am just saying that the practice of a number of other stakeholders is that they email and then they follow up with a hard copy letter later. That is not an uncommon practice in relation to it. I cannot provide any more advice. As I said, the PSA and any number of other unions, the AEU, have never had a problem in terms of getting emails and submissions through to me or to my office. On this particular occasion, for some bizarre combination of factors according to this particular system, this particular email was junked, and it was certainly beyond my control or indeed influence.
